I can no longer search in the Warehouse with images, even though i have a Sketchup pro license.
hello, several things to try :
- I assume it’s not working when you launch the 3d warehouse inside sketchup ?
- have you tried using your browser ? (if it works, it’s a chromium in sketchup problem)
- have you tried to log out and back in ? same with a restart of your machine ?
- I just tried on my end, it worked, so no massive problem on the warehouse itself
more than that, I’ll ping @TheGuz , Mr warehouse, but he is in the US? it might take time.
We need a little more information…What and how did you do it? It used to work, what did you change?
Sketchup is no longer sold with a classic license. There are subscription plans.
Did you log in with the E-Mail address associated with your subscription?
Thank you for your response. I renewed my license 10 days ago. I can download objects from the Warehouse, but only the search with image does not work and shows me a message saying that I need to try again later and that I have used it too much. Knowing that I only used it once with this new license. I am trying to contact Sketchup Support, would you know where to find the Bugsplat identification number? Thank you very much
you only get a bugsplat if you get an actual crash. this is not a crash. let’s hope Guz can shine some light on this one
