3D warehouse search image not working

Hi all I am trying to search models in the 3D Warehouse but now it showing no matches for any image I try using. Can someone help me with this? For now I will try use the online 3d warehouse but I dont want to keep downloading the files.

I just checked and the image search worked fine for me in SketchUP 2025. Are you still using SketchUp 2023 as your profile indicates?

What’s the image? Maybe there’s nothing in the 3D Warehouse that matches.

How do I fix the profile I tried searching for the button to change the sketchup version. Also yes I did change it to jpg same result on both methods of searching

Click on your avatar image at the top right corner of the forum page. Then the person icon, Preferences,Profile. update the information and scroll to the bottom of the page and save the changes.

found it omg its such a tiny wording omggg hahahaha. Its ok I downloaded what I needed for now on a different site but I need to fix this asap for future works. for now I can still model somethings so its ok

Well, we still have no idea. Maybe there’s nothing that comes close to what you have in the image. From my end there doesn’t seem to be anything to fix since it’s working as expected.

hmmm ok then Ill send u the images that I have that I wanted to search just let me know if you could search because I still cant. I am sending both jpg and png

It’s not surprising that the 3D Warehouse can’t find any matches for that image. Find a perspective view of the fixture and try it to see what you get.

I have, I still didnt get any result and any of my previous searches dont have results (as in images i used before to search that has produced matches but now doesnt) .

Searching for the light fixture by name is better.

The thing shown in your last screen shot doesn’t look like much. Not surprised the 3D Warehouse can’t find anything that looks like that.

You aren’t using a cr acked version of SketchUp are you?

No I am not using a cracked version I think. The company gets it fom a reseller. Should I contact my admins to contact the suppliers to see if there is something wrong with the license. I will get back wiht updates by Wednesda

I don’t know. Might not hurt. What does the license window say? (Help>Manage Licensing)

Are you working on the company’s network? Perhaps the network firewall is preventing the image search from working.

Ok so according to my I.T. guy the Cache might have been full on my google drive or something like there was a few images that could not be searched and the cache isnt updating.

Just make sure to delete all time browsing data and it can come back.
