Products that I used to be able to find in the 3D warehouse I am no longer able to find. For example, there are no Schluter products left in the 3D warehouse. I used to be able to find a certain Hinkley light that I used all the time and now that is no longer in the warehouse. There was this shower decor display that I would grab to use the shampoo bottles, that is gone as well. Are other people having this issue or is it just me?
Your profile shows you have a “Classic” license. Does that mean you are using cr4acked version of SketchUp? What operating system? “Computer” doesn’t answer it.
What category are you looking in?
This unlisting-of-models glitch has been happening periodically the past two months. It usually goes away after a day or two.
If I search in a private page, no login nothing, I see like you.
on a different browser, I see 8, 2 more than you
If I’m logged in with my free account (it exists just for that) I also see 8.
If I’m logged with my subscribed account in I see like Dave.
could it be that the warehouse give less results to unidentified users ? between the bots, the scrappers and the AI, needless to say, a lot of trafic out there trying to index the whole warehouse constantly.
is it a pc or a mac. are you trying to access the warehouse directly inside sketchup or in your browser ?
and like dave asks, if you launch sketchup, go to help / manage licencing, what does it say ? you should have 2 tabs here, one named subscription, the other classic, which one do you have ? (that would explain the warehouse’s behaviour)
