3d warehouse downloading models one minute & stops the next

im using 2017 sketchup make been downloading a couple of models throught the day in 3d warhouse & its then stoped downloading? any ideas why?

The 3D Warehouse supports the latest three versions of SketchUp. A few months ago it was announced they would remove support for SketchUp 2018 and 2017. (They did delay this for a year of SU2017 probably because of COVID). The support for those versions ended a couple of weeks ago.

You can still get components from the 3D Warehouse through the Components window or you can go to the 3D Warehouse in your internet browser and download the Collada file. Then import the .dae file that is included in that download.

If you are using SketchUp in your work you should have gone pro a long time ago. SketchUp 2017 Make is not for commercial use. If you are just using it for your hobby you can continue using 2017 Make or you could use the free web version.
