Why is it that I search for garage doors, and then I can see them. But when I make a selection and click to download one, it goes to a widow asking for my location, industry, and language. So I make the selections, but there is no way to continue, because the only selection is “Next”, which is grayed out?
What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile says SketchUp 8.
Yep. It actually let me download one door which worked, but was the wrong size. But when I tried another one it was a no go.
How are you accessing the 3D Warehouse? The Warehouse currently only supports SketchUp 2017 and newer. It could be you got lucky and got an ancient component.

You could go to the 3D Warehouse in your browser and download the Collada file which you could then import into SketchUp.
The link that SU8 uses to access the 3D Warehouse has been defunct for years.
Thanks, I’ll try that. I only us Skype for personal projects around home, and the older version has worked for years, but back then I only created my own decks, shelves, etc., and never tried other users creations. I guess if this doesn’t work, I’ll need to create a garage door for the shed I’m designing.

SketchUp 8 hasn’t been supported for about 7 years and a lot of things have changed. You could use SketchUp 2017 Make for your personal projects and then you could access the 3D Warehouse.
