When I try downloading a component from the warehouse it says an error occurred and no downloads are available.
any ideas why this could be?
Also any good places to get 3d models for sketchup for free download?
If your profile is correct that you are using SketchUp 2019, that version is no longer supported by the 3D Warehouse. Only the current and previous two versions are supported. You can go to the 3D Warehouse in your internent browser and get the Collada version of the component you’re interested in. Then import the included .dae file into SketchUp. Or update to the current version of SketchUp.

this still won’t work for me. it keeps saying I need to upgrade to the newer 21 version. how do I do that? I just purchased a pro account a few months ago
where did you get yours from. I emailed them and they sent me a link to download new version. Creation engine.
Are you looking at the 3D Warehouse in SketchUp or your internet browser?
