I am unable to access the 3D Warehouse, plus unalbe to reset the the workspace. Not sure if the two issues are connected. Any help to fix both issues would be greatly appreciated.
Are you still using SketchUp 2022 as your profile shows? What in the workspace are you trying to reset?

I am using Sketchup 2024. I figured if I reset the workspace it will give me access to 3D Warehouse. Correct me if I am wrong.

What happens when you try to open the 3D Warehouse UI? Have you been using more than one display?
sorry not familar with the 3D Warehouse UI Were would I find that
It’s the window that opens when you click on Window>3D Warehouse or the 3D Warehouse button in the Warehouse toolbar.
when i click on the 3D Warehouse under the Window Icon nothing happens

up until yesterday i only had one monitoring working and I was still unable to access the 3D Warehouse

You can either edit the file and erase the bit that Dan referred to (make sure it’s the correct bit) or you can delete the whole file. SketchUp will rewrite it when you start up the next time.
The bit you have highlighted in gray is not the correct part.
If you want to experiment you could edit the value for Left under “WebCommonDialog_Warehouse”. Make it something like 200, save the file and then reopen SketchUp and try to open the 3D Warehouse UI.
