I have tried to delete the .json file and the SketchUp cache. I rebooted and still I cannot open 3D Warehouse…Help Please.

You wrote SketchUp Studio in the title of your post but your profile shows SketchUp Pro.
Can you precise which version you are using?
Normally you can open it from within SketchUp using Window Menu → 3D Warehouse.
You can also open it from outside SketchUp using Google to find 3D Warehouse.
Have you disconnected an external monitor? The window might be opening off-screen.
It is SketchUp Pro. AFAIK there is absolutely no difference to the primary program from Pro to Studio except Studio comes with extra software bundled.
