I am trying to export scenes to jpeg for import into photoshop.
Despite setting the quality slider to High, the jpegs are coming our quite pixelated and blurry
I haven’t had the problem before so not sure what I am doing differently
You can increase the size of the exports in the Options window. Set it to a larger size. I would export PNG files instead of JPGs so you don’t get the JPG compression losses.
I wonder if SketchUp still has issues with Antialiasing on the Mac. You could also try switching Antialiasin off for your image exports, export to a very high resolution, and downsample the resulting image in your image editor.
