That was changed recently, and now the normal trial is Pro. There is a page to get a Studio trial:
And the process continues. The ātrialā period ended and my ānormalā Pro subscription partially works again. I am still unable to manage my plan to upgrade to Studio as the system continues to send me in circles with this error message. . .
How do you actually contact someone who can help, Support wants me to delete Sketchup and re-install, seriously? This is not a local install issue, this is a subscription/authentication issue, so how do you escalate this? Any advice? Anyone?
Sketchup Studio 2026 is now working, wow, what an effort it was. Nothing I did was productive, just a bunch of time answering ruling out the obvious. Turns out Trimble had to intervene and change my account to the new admin panel system. That was required to make the transition from 2026 Pro to Studio. The Trimble Admin Panel looks the same as the prior panel, with the only notable difference, other than it functions without errors, is the presence of the Trimble brand and the absence of Sketchup as a brand positioned more as a product of Trimble, very logical.
If you have interest or need Sketchup Studio, I would recommend contacting Trimble sales directly before you do anything, and do not attempt the upgrade from a Pro subscription to a Studio subscription through the in application popup panel.
I thought I would write this to close out this thread, as I have always been disappointed when looking for understanding - I find a thread on the subject matter that ends abruptly without any description of the resolution I would assume was found.
Several members in this forum were kind enough to take their time to make productive recommendations, and to each and everyone of you, thank you very much.
IĀ“ve never tried to upgrade a subscription from the app, but IĀ“ve acquired some studio licenses for my business and IĀ“ve never had any issue, IĀ“ve been able to use them from day one. Iām not a trimble worker but iām really sorry for what you are going through, I recommend you to ask for the money you paid, create a new account and buy a license again if your problem isnāt solved soon.

Thank you for responding.
I am happy with the upgrade result, I received credit for the time left on my current Pro plan and Trimble discounted my Studio plan for the difficulty, aggravation and downtime I went through when I responded to their upgrade offer.
In the end, Trimble made it right and fair, I remain a loyal Sketchup user and supporter.
Thanks again fransicoflalosb for responding to my post.
