My system: Windows 11 Pro. Graphics card NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 with driver up to date.
Since installing the 2024 update, Sketchup keeps shutting down for no reason and consistently freezes if I try to export a view to jpg. This is not workable, what can I do??

Are you using the new or old graphics engine?
Hi- I just installed the update and made sure that my graphics driver is up to date. If that’s not enough, can you tell me what else to do? Thank you!
Does the problem occur with the classic graphics engine?
Look in: Window>Preferences>Graphics
