Is still occurring over 6 months after it was initially reported - is there any path forward with this?
I use animations to export multiple images at once at a set aspect ratio. To my knowledge, it is the only way to do this, and now I can’t export the series of views I set up for a presentation without seeing hidden items in the background. I’ve resorted to tagging everything on layers I want off, which is fine, but much more time consuming when it seems like the animation should just work as expected.
This wouldn’t be as much of an issue if you could just export from the 2D graphic menu with a desired aspect ratio but for some reason Sketchup insists on linking it to viewport size.
I appreciate any transparency from the team on when to expect a fix on this, thanks.
