I’m working on a project where I’ve drawn up three different versions of the same house. Each version is divided into groups (i.e. Walls, Windows, Roof, etc.) and grouped into folders (Option A, Option B, Option C). That might be too much info for this question, but you never know. Each version is placed in the same location, and I’ve made multiple scenes of each version in which I’ve turned off the folders with the other versions.
When I go to export as an animation (with transitions between scenes turned off), the shadows get all jumbled up. It’s like Sketchup’s combining shadows from all three different models and trying to incorporate them all into my images. Everything works like a charm when I export each scene as a 2D graphic individually.
I’d like to be able to export as an animation, as it saves a lot of time. I’ve had this issue happen before and just exported every scene individually, but I thought I would ask here. I’ve also exported scenes from other projects as animations without transitions and had no issue (it’s pretty hit or miss), which makes me think that my animation or export settings are just off in some of my projects.
I’ve included a folder with my exports from animation and one with my individual exports to show what’s going on.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
