2021 Layout will not start - Mac

Hi
Need help to get Layout 2021 & 2022 to launch.
2021 & 2022 Layout will not start on Mac OS Monterey.
When I click the Layout icon I get the error message - Layout Quit unexpectedly report issue.
If I click on a layout file it will not start.
I am not getting any response from Layout at all.
it was all work yesterday
I have 2022 sketchup loaded and sketchup is working But Layout is not working

Anyone know how to get layout to start?

I have now done some digging.
When I go to install a sketchup 2021 over the old I get message - I don’t have permission to access Layoutapp.
But I am logged into Trimble.

Any ideas???
