2019 pro black screen

Hi there, I’m new here. I’ve been using SU for years, yesterday I upgraded from 2016 pro to 2019 pro and my models will not load correctly, they open but the screen where the model should be is black, if I do a print preview it’s shows there fine. Any ideas what’s wrong?

May be your graphic car is not strong enough.
Go to “Windows” “preferences” “OpenGL” and unckeck the “Fast response”

yep, the OpenGL support of the graphics card driver. Try to update first, deactivate “Use Fast Feedback” second.
