2018 non pro desktop sketchup license?

Ive been sent a sketchup file from a user who is using 2018 pro.

I need to make view the file and make some minor amendments and send it back to them .

I dont require a pro license for this, and in the past i have just had a standard free license.

But it seems that 2018 only has a pro license option now, is that correct ?

Is there . a way i can get a standard 2018 license ?

The “standard 2018 license” is Pro. There is no SketchUp 2018 Make. You could open the file in SketchUp for Web, though. Of course if this is something for your work, you need SketchUp Pro for the license. The free versions of SketchUp are not licensed for commercial use.
