Is there any free desktop version of Sketchup we could use?
Did Download Make 2017 version, it’s licensed to : “29 days remaining”. Does that mean after 29 days, we need to buy the license to use it?
No. It means you get to use SketchUp 2017 Pro for 29 days and then it reverts to SketchUp Make.

Something to watch for, when the 30 days are up the welcome screen may look like you now have to pay, but if you look where the Start using SketchUp button is, it will say I Agree. By clicking on that you are agreeing to not use SketchUp for commercial purposes, and it then will let you model with the Pro features turned off.
