This was the thread that provided a clue and solution but I was not successful. However I believe it is linked to a firewall issue. Will still be searching. thx.
This is the first time this has happened to me and it is quite frustrating considering it is only a problem with the subscription service and not with the old faithful classic license that I was convinced to leave behind!
I have internet, and once a month, I log in and all is well, but something has changed and now it is saying that the site cannot be reached, and I cannot use my software that I pay for annually - which by the way costs considerably more these days after it was sold onto Google…
