Worst technical support ever!

I try to open SketchUp Pro and all I get is a page saying Please authorize SketchUp . When I. click Manage Authorizations, NOTHINIG there is about activations. How do I authorize my subscription.

Go to myaccount.trimble.com and sign in.
Navigate to the right account (the one that bought the subscription plan and click on ‘My Products’
Hit ‘View Included Apps’ and choose ‘Manage device’ under Sketchup Pro.
Close SketchUp, start SketchUp and sign in.

If you don’t see a product, modify the product access:
