Windows 10 MSVCP100.dll en MSVCR100.dll failure

Hi,
I have made an upgrade to Windows 10 (from 8.1But I cannot run SU because I get the messageof MSCVR100.dll is missing on your computer. I tried to fix it by downloading Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 .I do not know what to do next.
Help please.

Thank you for your reply but I downloaded Visual C++ several times (I am administrator) but I keep getting the message when starting SU. Should I download SU again?

I Downloaded Su again as admin. It works.

Downloading w/ admin rights shouldn’t be required, admin. rights during installation and first launch are typically sufficient.

I have a problem every time I get the message of missing msvcr100.dll file I don’t know why, if I download the missing DLL file would be the problem fixed because I found some sites that offer download of the same file or to try first installing the Visual C++ or to try the easier way.
