Win 10 (Fast Ring) Build 19650 - Sketchup fails to open

I’ve just had to roll back to Build 19645 as Sketchup software will not open on Build 19650

I am not surprised. The same thing happened to me some time back.On build 19042.330 (920H2) all is good.
