You have the field of view set incredibly wide and in the first part of your video you have the cursor on the horizon. Reduce the field of view and place the cursor on the model when zooming. What are those rectangular shapes near the origin? Why are they there. You should be keeping the main part of your model close to the origin.
Also make sure you haven’t got any stray geometry floating around the model space. Hit Zoom Extents to make sure.
