I just signed up for SketchUp to model some projects, and every new model comes with some white dude with a goatee. What’s up with that? Is there a reason for this? Is it supposed to indicate something to me about… scale… or… ? (I’m so confused.)
Yes. He’s there to give you an idea of the size in the model space. You can delete him if you want.
Sketchup regularly change their “dudes”. Sometimes it is a “dudess”. I expect there are different flavours too.
