I made a dynamic component for some furniture door frames.
I made it with a few options (dimensions, features…). It all works great.
I save the DC to a file for future reference (right click on component > Save Out > To Device…
Let’s use that DC in a new model: File > Import
My DC is there with all options, I change a few options (dimensions and some other features).
Later, I decide to add a new option to my DC. I make the changes and Save Out the new DC.
When I replace the DC already in the model with the updated one (Right Click > Dynamic Components > Swap Component), all the features I changed in the first place are kept but the component is being resized the the size of the “Saved Out” DC.
This is very annoying because I have quite a few doors in the model and having to resize all of them everytime I change the definition of the DC is annoying.
Any idea of what is happening?
