When I open sketchup I get a white screen of death. I’m logged in but for some reason it won’t load my subscription even though Trimble shows that it’s active. I read that the issue could be that SketchUp 2026 isn’t compatible with Mac yet. I tried downloading the older version that has worked before but that doesn’t load my new subscription either. Also, I can’t seem to find the “preference” bar anywhere so I can untick “Fast feedback”. Any other suggestions?
