I need a plugin that cleans up my models and make the file size smaller

Look at CleanUp3 in the Extension Warehouse.

Most likely, though, you’ll need more than just a plugin. You’ll need to learn how to clean up your modelsmanually. There’s usually stuff that needs attention that requires your decision making. A plugin won’t make those decisions for you.
