What is the best way to adjust a rough drawing so the lines move to the X Y axis

I am working with a plan drawing done from a point cloud. The lines are close to but not on the X Y axis. Is there a quick way to adjust these?

People might have difficulty understanding what you are after. A point cloud is 3D but you refer to a plan which is generally 2D. Maybe uploading a file, or even an image, would help?

There are various extensions that will ‘Drop’ vertices to a specific plane.
One as an example would be Tig’s Drop Vertices.
But you may need something that flattens points, it’s all guess work until we have a bit more info.
