Got it. I’m not seeing any yellow triangles, though. I wonder if it has to do with the file locations for the SKP files. Looking at your file here, I’m looking at the embedded copies of the files not your working files. Try the following:
Go to File>Document Setup>References. Look at the SKP file references. What do they show for Status? Can you select them and choose Update? Does that fix the triangles?

I don’t see a yellow triangle on any of the viewports when I open your LayOut file. Which viewport is giving you trouble?
I do see some incorrect tag usage in your SketchUp file.
What version of SketchUp are you using now? Your profile says 2019. Is that correct?
