This single-story structure is a traditional bungalow-inspired house designated specifically for Swan View, an eastern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. This dwelling sits on a 972 m2 lawn that would be divided into of podzol, ferrosol, and red chromosol soil varieties, using raised bed system. methods. It is made up of three separate structures: garage (24 m2); house (±152 m2); & florist shop (±28 m2), interconnected each other with 2 small alleys.

This bungalow is a suitable option for childfree couple, environmentalist, gardener, scientist, or the ones focusing on conserving endemic Australian floras. Its expansive frontyard & backyard could be utilized for native Australian flora collection, consisted of pines, acacias, eucalypts, banksias, grevilleas, kangaroo paws, Waratah shrubs, figworts, wildflowers, legumes, palms, ferns, and/or cycads. Such arrangement is inspired by a house belonging to my relative, who is a gardener and flora conservator.
