Were can I find the Cleanup3 add-on for older Versions (SketchUp Pro 2019)?

Hi all,

I am running SketchUp Pro 2019 on a MBP Late 2013 on MacOS 11.7.10

After reinstallation of SU most of my add-ons are gone.

In particular I am looking for a claenup3 add-on in a version that runs on SU Pro 2019. The ones I found ask for updating SU to the latest version, wich I don’t like to do.

Does anyone have a link to a download page?

Or an other idea or solution?

Cleanup 3 is at SketchUcation, you also need TT.lb2, also on the same page.

Unfortunately old a lot of the plugins had to be fixed or recoded to make them work with the new sketchup’s api, the problem is also from the other side, some plugins that work on older versions of sketchup, don’t work on newer versions cause the developer doesn’t work on them anymore. You could try contacting @thomthom and ask him if he could give you a previous version of cleaneup or a script

CleanUp should work with pretty old SU versions, including SU2019.

If you are running into errors then it’d help if you posted the exact error message/screenshot.

Thanks for your reply.

The download works well, but when I try to install the add-on it says

“Update SketchUp to use Extension Warehouse.

Web services, including Extension Warehouse, have been disabled on this version of SketchUp to maintain security.”

Then I have two choices/buttons with “tell me more" and “Update SketchUp”.

With both I end up on a site telling me “End of Support Policy, SketchUp 2022 and any version older than that are not supported.”

I want to stay with my bought permanent SU 2019 version, and do not want to change on a newer version with annual subscription fees.

Is there any way out? Maybe downloading an older version of CleanUp somewere?

Either update to a version of SketchUp that is supported by the Extension Warehouse (along with upgrading your computer) or go to the Extension Warehouse in your web browser and download the extension to your computer. Then you can install it via Extension Manager.

well yeah but fixing the ruby compatibility doesn’t break the older ruby versions. so really… no.
