Hi,
I want to use web free sketchUp on my laptop and i see constantly these screen. The logo of sketchUp is rotating and nothing more hapend. All the clue the support gave me i used and it doesn’t help. I try to log in on google and mail account - on both the same problem. I have poor graph like laptop version of gtx 1650, can it be the issue?
Hi @adam.sytniewski, thanks for the post and sorry to hear you are having difficulty with the web app. While I can’t offer official support for you as I am not a member of the web team (my specialty is SketchUp for Schools) there may be some overlap between the support processes and I may be able to help you get some additional information that will help you to get support faster if you would like.
My first suggestion is to clear cookies and cached files to see if that does anything. Also, make sure that popups are allowed for the site as some versions use a popup to resolve the login process. If none of that works, let me know and we can look at trying to access developer mode to see if the console gives us a few clues as to the issue.
Hopefully we can get you up and running quickly and easily.
HI, thanks for rapid respond. I try both of aids you have wrote but non of them work. I clean cookies and cached and set the popups allowed and nothing changes. Maybe there is more of options that should be switched? I am completly new at these kind of app
