Visual C + + Runtime error on installation

Hi,

Im running on a fully updated windows 10. but it wont let me download the Visuall C ++ 14 to allow install.

the error is :

Component Visual C++ “14” Runtime Libraries (x64) has failed to install with the following error message:
"Fatal error during installation. "

The following components failed to install:

  • Visual C++ “14” Runtime Libraries (x64)

Someone suggested i manuall download MV C ++ 2015 Red. x64 14.0.24215 but i get the error code 0x80070643 with the log file:

Any ideas?

When you opened the SketchUp installer, did you right click on it and choose Run as administrator?
