The ports SketchUp normally uses are 80, 8080, and 443. I’ve seen evidence that 8888 may be used too. For network licenses ports 5053 and 50530 are also used.

I haven’t heard of port 5432 being used. You could try changing PostgreSQL’s port temporarily, see if it solves the problem you’re having. Here’s how:
