Anyone else experiencing very long loading times for video’s posted here on the forum lately??
Connection is oke, youtube video’s load instantly.

This one, but it’s all videos since a week or two..
That one loaded in about 2 seconds for me…

I didn’t think of that, it’s instant on my phone too.
Must be something with my laptop then. Probably time for a fresh Windows installation..
First check your DNS addresses for your internet connection. We have AT&T U-verse and their DNS servers have gotten VERY slow of late. I switched the addresses to Google DNS and the delay went away.

I had recently a similar issue but I took the opportunity to try Atlas OS cause a lot of people were talking about it and indeed it’s a lot better than regular windows 11, it lets you choose what to install and not, and gives you choices for example the web browser, you can install Chrome, Firefox or whatever you want from the installation and not install edge, also you can get rid of a lot of telemetry stuff that runs on the back all the time or AI stuff that no one cares but windows forces you to use them. You need to install windows 11 pro, I don’t know if it works with other versions.
