V-Ray rendering is misaligned by 1 pixel on different computers

Vray render frame is off by 1 pixel between different PC. Although using the same viewpoint, the renders on different PCs always have a 1-pixel shift.
This causes the final render image to be off when comparing 2 images.
This is a pretty big problem for my work that I am facing, is there any way to fix it?

I appreciate any support

update
I’ve uploaded a file with the images. I hope this helps clarify the issue.

update 2

Can you share screenshots of both rendered images and the asset editor on the other pc, the screenshot of that single asset editor doesn´t tell much.

I’m a new user. I’ve attached the images related to the issue. Thank you.

No one wants to download a ZiP of your images. Just post them inline with the thread.

As this seems a fairly technical issue - have you posted over on the official VRay forums - it might be good to do that.

As a new user, I wasn’t allowed to add many images due to the rules. However, I’ve now been approved and have updated the post accordingly. Thank you for your suggestion. I will try asking the question on the official V-Ray forum

Is is indeed shifted…

Are you using CPU or GPU on both machines?
Are they different graphics cards?
Are the graphics drivers up to date?

What is your workflow that you need these to align perfectly?

While you wait for a solution from VRay you could change your output to +/- 10 pixels larger and use Photoshop to Auto Align layers and then crop to your final size:

You could also update to SKP 2025 and the latest VRay (7, I think) and see if that fixes things.

@bmike Thank you for your reply.
I use CPUs for both PCs.
The graphics cards on the two PCs are different.
They are quite old.
You might find it strange, but my client placed the order with these specific requirements.
Perhaps processing with Photoshop is the best solution for this situation. I will try to update to V-Ray 7 after this project is finished.

You could also send everything to ChaosCloud and forget local rendering… that’s what I do for my finals.

I will definitely try it.
