Hi, i am new member and user here. May i ask why i open Vray 5 render it picture inside is so blur, may i get help here?
If you give it time, it should clear out. Don’t move your model.
If that doesn’t work, @mihai.s is the V-Ray expert

hi, good evening. i didn’t open DOF it buttom, but my pc is using processor AMD Ryzen 3200G it own graphic card ,is it effect it clean picture?
What kind of settings are you using? The “Denoiser:unavailable” text in your screenshot made me wonder. The screenshot also looks like the render isn’t finished.
In your first image, it isn’t blurry, it’s just very very grainy. That’s a result of low light, deep shadows, and will resolve in time. It’s also low resolution so it won’t really get too sharp unless you up the size in general. But this will make the rendering take a lot longer.
The second image is just very very low resolution. It’s not blurry, you just have it zoomed in on a small image, but it’s nice and sharp.

Image is 563x450 pixels. Absolutely tiny. You’re seeing the pixels because you’re zoomed in 4x. You have to increase the size to get a sharper image.
Try making the width 1920 or so. And give it time.

I would turn Interactive and progressive off completely. I would turn on Denoiser.

What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile says 2021 Free Plan. Does that mean you are using a cracked version? What version of Vray are you using? What operating system? What graphics card? You put nonsense in those fields when you set up your profile.
