I am actually working on a shared office machine that had those licenses configured previously, but I am in the process of transitioning our setup. I don’t have SketchUp 2026 installed on this station yet to test it. Since you mentioned it opens fine in 2026, would it be possible for you to save it down to a SketchUp 2023 or 2024 format and send it back to me? That would be an incredible help
It’s the same file format since SketchUp 2021 so there’s no saving it from 2026 to 2023 or 2024.
