We are currently scoping a project to change all our users UPN’s in Active Directory. We need to understand the impact this would have on the SketchUp for Schools Enterprise App in Azure for SSO. We need to understand what if/any changes might need to be made so that there is minimal impact on our customer base. At present we have had no success getting support (outside of “put it in the forums”), and it would be great to get some clarity.
