I believe I followed instructions to install the v.16.1.1449 update on top of my existing Pro 2016, but upon doing so, all my preferences, keyboard shortcuts, plugins and extensions, etc. are gone. Used SU for many years, and have never had this happen, with either new versions or updates. Is there a problem with this updater?
