Unsubscribe for a Refund - Critical Financial Situation

My subscription has recently been automatically renewed; however, I will not be requiring SketchUp for the upcoming year.

I requested a refund today but have not received any response so far. Additionally, I attempted to use the “Contact Us” form, but it consistently redirects to an error page whenever I try to submit it.

I would also like to emphasize that we are currently facing a critical financial situation, which makes this refund especially important for us at this time.

It seems that although you saw an error message, your request did get through. Someone is working on getting the refund for you.
