My subscription has recently been automatically renewed; however, I will not be requiring SketchUp for the upcoming year.
I requested a refund today but have not received any response so far. Additionally, I attempted to use the “Contact Us” form, but it consistently redirects to an error page whenever I try to submit it.
I would also like to emphasize that we are currently facing a critical financial situation, which makes this refund especially important for us at this time.
