I have downloaded the same version used previoulsy, but on a newer computer I am losing all the preferences each time the application is opened and it will close unexpectedly in the middle of working.
I am using sketchup 2017 on Windows 10
Make sure SketchUp was installed correctly by right clicking on the downloaded installer, selecting Run as administrator and then Repair if the option is presented. Also make sure the graphics drivers are up to date. Don’t trust Windows to tell you that. go to the GPU manufacturer’s site, download, and install the latest drivers they offer for it.
