Your file opens, slowly, in the latest version of SketchUp 2023 without problems. You have managed to stuff a small house design with a ridiculous amount of entourage stuff, amounting to about 10 million edges and faces.
Upgrade to the latest sketchup version and it will open, you have a lot to purge and optimize, the models you downloaded are overkill.
