Your profile is unclear. There is no free version of SketchUp 2022 nor of V-Ray. To use V-Ray you need a Studio license or a separate V-Ray license. Your Operating System info and Graphics Card info is nonsense.
Which version of V-Ray? Have you asked from V-Ray support?

Could be due to using a cracked version of the software.
The screenshot is not helpful. It shows a render that is in progress, not finished. If your model has any complexity and you have turned all settings to the max, the render can take a long time, and, if the Denoiser is turned off, still look grainy. The blue things make me wonder if all the faces in the model are correctly oriented. These are just guesses. Post the model for better guesses.
