Type mm for metric measurements in a Imperial Arch model space, and vice versa

Like the title says–

Let us work predominantly in an imperial / inches document space, but still have the ability to as needed just type “200mm” to get a 200mm length.

Same thing for working in metric and being able to type “2in”

Have you tried it?

Yes. I actually technically can’t even type the letter “i” for “in” after any number, it disregards that input and puts in “n”

use " for inches and ’ for feet.

boom there it is thanks

Be aware that in versions of SU before 2019, if you input foot/inch/fraction values when your model is set to metric units, you get incorrect results: see this thread for fuller details.

Works fine for whole inches alone, but not for fractional inches.
