Try to install sketchup 2017 but fail "Access is denied"

Component Visual C++ “14” Runtime Libraries (x64) has failed to install with the following error message:
"Access is denied. "

The following components were not installed:

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (x86 and x64)

The following components failed to install:

• Visual C++ “14” Runtime Libraries (x64)

When you started the installer did you double click on it or did your right click on it and choose Run as administrator?

Tried both but fail

• download and install the required MS Windows runtime libraries:
    - Microsoft .NET Framework v4.5.2+
    - Microsoft Visual C++ Redist. 2017
    - Win 7/8.x: Microsoft Universal C Runtime Update
• open the downloaded SU setup file (EXE) with a ZIP archiver application
• copy the SU 2017 main setup application “SketchUp2017-x64.msi” from the root of the archive to e.g. the desktop of your system
• launch everything above by “right-click > Run as Admin”
