Trouble with Solids Subtract Tool

FWIW, I just exported the top part with the model scaled up to meters.

And uploaded it to i.materialise in millimeters. Notice the dimensions shown.

Thanks again Dave. Did you see my comment about the validity check being the culprit? I ran both the clean-up and the solids inspector, with no issues found. But when the validity check runs, it causes the geometries in question to fail.

Yeah. I saw that. I forgot to suggest that you turn that off. Sometimes validity check seems a little over-zealous.

How do I turn it off?

I don’t believe you can in SU2021. That was a change they had to make to get something else to work. I heard the explanation a few months ago but forget now what it was exactly.

As I said, you can get around it by working at a larger size. Scaled up by 1000 seems to me to be the easiest route.
