Trouble with PDF Importer from BrockWorks in SU 2026

I cannot get the PDF Importer from BrockWorks to load in SU 2026. It worked in my previous SU versions. I have attempted to reach John at BrockWorks, but I am not getting any replies. My license shows as valid through October 2026. I have tried reloading the extension from them. It shows on Extension Manager, but that’s it. It’s not functioning. Anyone else having this issue?

Any other PDF importers that work the same? I have a project in PDF for import, and I can’t start without this feature.

I’ve not used the importer you refer to but SketchUp 2026 will import PDFs natively. Will that do what you need?

I can guarantee the issue is that the new raster PDF importer SketchUp released in 2026 has a different FILE TYPE option. For OUR PDF Importer, you just make sure to choose file type PDF Vector Graphics and it works as usual. Sorry for the confusion!
