Trouble with Mac BT Keyboard and SketchUp (17.2)

On iMac 24” 3.06 GHz IC2D, OS X 10.11.6/El Capitan, 2 partitions + eDrive.
The main partition, still have problem with SketchUp (17.2). Regularly the BlueTooth keyboard stop working, all shortcut and most of the keys, not all. Every time I must restart from an other partition, the keyboard work normally when I restart from an others partition. I usually clean Caches from the system and users with Onyx and rebuilt directories with TT Pro, sometime I must also repairs permissions with TT Pro. At restart keyboard work fine.
BTW, SU is not installed on others partitions.
This issue is really boring, any suggestion ?

Can’t be. Battery are at 100%. And anyway if battery was too low keyboard would not work with others partitions too.

Do you connect any other BT devices or have other BT devices in range? Issues with them? I hate BT (it’s gotten so much better over the years) but love my magic mouse, so I use it sans issues.

Do all keys work in other programs, just not in SketchUp?

If any keys at all are working that would suggest that Bluetooth is working.

What happens if you only log out and back in again, on the SketchUp partition?

When that happen only few keys respond (delete, option, command …).
Then Keyboard doesn’t respond to any other Apps even after restart if I didn’t make some repair

I didn’t try log out from this partition. But good suggestion…

I was away for few days. So I try as you suggest to log out and relog and Keyboard work then as normal. Thank you for the help. Anyway this is not explain where is the problem…
