how does one get help from Trimble/SketchUp to reset an account’s MFA? tried the forms and Trimble assist and both didnt help. Really trying to get in to access licensing for our school but it is proving ot be VERY difficult to get support.
Not sure if he also handles SketchUp for higher edu, but @CaseyG is the one that handles SketchUp for schools.

Thanks for the @ command to get my attention. Unfortunately I only have access to the system for SketchUp for Schools so I can not help with higher education licenses. If you made a purchase from one of our reseller partners, you may be able to get faster support from them so I would recommend starting there.
If you did not use a reseller partner or are looking for something else to try in parallel to that filling out the information needed on the support part of our site is the next step. It is currently ~8:15 AM in Colorado as I am writing this so the support team may not be online just yet but I know once they are they will be hard at work answering as many tickets as possible as quickly as they can.
