When changing a pointcloud (to another rez of the same cloud for instance), you have to apply the transformation again. In the settings, you can find the move-transformation from the current cloud but the rotation is missing. So you still have to fine tune the rotation manually again. See pic.
Request: add rotation info to the transformation info.
